Claim filed for Delayed Baggage
- To track your delayed baggage, enter the file reference number provided by the airport personnel who assisted you with your claim.
- For NWA flights only, you may also call 1-800-745-9798 and enter the file reference number provided by the airport personnel who assisted you with your claim.
Tracking Delayed Baggage on Alliance Partners
We are only able to track delayed baggage on Northwest flights and KLM North American flights. For baggage delayed on our other alliance partners, please contact the appropriate airline. View a list of our alliance partners.
